ADAM ORSZULAK Osteopath/Owner

Osteopath Łódź Adam Orszulak

About Me

My name is Adam Orszulak and I am an osteopath and physiotherapist with many years of experience. Looking for the best way to effectively treat children and adults, I created the first OSTEOPATHIC CENTRE in Łódź.

I worked in hospitals and clinics in Poland for many years. I have trained in Poland, Germany, and Italy, among others.

I observe the work of other specialists and train with experts all over the world, looking for the ideal system to restore health. Unfortunately, most proposed therapies do not take a holistic view of human health. Patients who seek help from the healthcare might feel deceived. Specialists often do not offer them a holistic treatment; instead, they suggest medication, surgery, and further appointments with specialists. They treat the symptoms and not the causes.

In my work, I follow a holistic approach - the person is treated as a whole entity. My dream is to find cures for diseases that trouble people. I want to heal people naturally.

I work 4 days a week for 6 hours at a time to maintain a work-life balance - this keeps me present and well-rested during my visits.

Work Style

When working with babies and children, I use therapy that is painless and as comfortable as possible for the little person.

I attach great importance to reporting on-spot what I am currently doing with the child and instructing the parents what they can do with the child at home to support its development.

I am a dad of a 3-year-old Kubus, so in addition to my professional experience, as a parent I am also guided by empathy, NVC, for children as well as parents during visits.

When working with adults, I focus on actively listening to the story that you come with, taking careful notes, asking questions. I do a manual examination and after the first therapy I contract with you for a therapeutic cycle.

I like to work in a team, with a physiotherapist from my clinic, to minimize therapeutic confusion and any possible mistakes.

If treating your body is beyond my competence - I will tell you honestly and suggest other therapy options.

Mission

My mission is to treat children and adults effectively, with an emphasis on empathy and presence.
