Physiotherapist in the second year of specialisation in Osteopathy - Edyta Adamczyk

My name is Edyta Adamczyk. I am a physiotherapist. I completed my master's degree at the Medical University of Lodz.

Fascinated by the complexity of the human body, I decided to continue my education at the Still Academy of Osteopathy. I educate myself to complement and update my knowledge in physiotherapy and osteopathy.

I treat patients with sciatica, back pain and peripheral joint pain using soft tissue therapy and deep tissue massage. I perform manual scar therapy. I can also help reduce excessive muscle tension caused by stress. I work with psychosomatic patients and support their therapy with breath work and calming exercises.

In my work, I focus on empathy, contact with the patient and their active participation in the recovery process, as I believe that only with close cooperation, we can achieve the best therapeutic results.

It is certain that you will leave the place with homework. In addition to the instruction on how to perform the exercises given in the consulting room, your work at home will be supported by audio-visual materials that you can receive after your visit.

Privately, I love dancing and cooking. In my free time, I devote myself to reading, deepening my knowledge of psychology.
