MONIKA SOCHACKA
Monika Sochacka - physiotherapist
Paediatric physiotherapist, NDT Bobath Monika Sochacka
My name is Monika Sochacka, I graduated from Physiotherapy at the Medical University of Lodz (B.Sc.) and the University of Physical Education in Poznan (M.A.). I continued my education with postgraduate studies in Physiotherapy in paediatrics (WSEiT in Poznań).
I am currently deepening my knowledge by participating in numerous courses and webinars. I am doing all of that in order to help Little Patients and their caregivers.
When working with patients, I try to base on the NDT-Bobath concept, but I also use other methods and techniques such as: PNF, Zoga movement, elements of deep tissue massage, manual therapy or task-based electrostimulation. Homework is an integral part of the therapy to consolidate and accelerate the learning of new movement habits.
I enjoy travelling (mainly culinary), cycling and nature photography.
