My name is Sonia Orszulak, I am a child nutritionist and a mum of 3-year-old Kubus. I want to show you how to encourage your child to eat, I will tell you how to balance meals to make them tasty and colourful. I want to make a shared meal with your child a moment of pleasure. I will work with you to build eating habits and I will show you a simple way to balance meals.
