 In our clinic there are 8 physiotherapists who help with problems such as sciatica, back pain, heel spurs, knee pain, shoulder pain, joint pain, rheumatic diseases, positional asymmetry, torticollis, muscle spasms, body rutting, tension headaches, lymphatic drainage, lymphatic stasis, hip and knee degeneration, Baastrup syndrome, RA, carpal tunnel syndrome, sports injuries, fascial massage, tennis elbow, buttock pain.

We use effective physiotherapy tools such as fascial therapy, trigger point therapy, dry needling, medical taping, exercises for back pain, Stecco fascial manipulation, spinal mobilisations and manipulations, manual therapy, cranio sacral therapy, visceral therapy.

THE FIRST VISIT TO THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

The first visit is a key moment for the whole therapy. It is worth preparing for it in an appropriate manner:

• Compile the medical records you have (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound),
• Make a list of pain conditions that our physiotherapists could help you with,
• Attire should be comfortable, full or sports underwear,
• It is advisable to turn up 10 minutes early for paperwork before your first appointment.

WHO IS A PHYSIOTHERAPIST?

A physiotherapist is a medical professional who has completed a 5-year master's degree in physiotherapy. It is a medical profession of public trust, which is characterised by responsibility, thoroughness, empathy.

Each of our physiotherapists systematically extends their knowledge at various courses and trainings to ensure the highest possible level of service.

Each physiotherapist in our clinic has a PWZF (Physiotherapy Practice Licence).

WHAT DOES THE PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT ROOM LOOK LIKE?

The physiotherapy room in our clinic has a rehabilitation bed - electrically raised. We make every effort to ensure comfort and safety. The bed is disinfected after each patient, disposable eco-friendly pads are used. The surgeries are heated with central heating and air-conditioned. Each office has access to daylight.

PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS

At the centre we use specialised manual physiotherapy, without physical therapy equipment. We believe that manual physiotherapy therapy brings the best results, which we have backed up with over 5 years of experience of operating the clinic.
